We take great care in ensuring that our herbal beauty products — including face masks, creams, and botanical oils — are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was received damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Promotional or clearance items (if specified as final sale)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@bellebeauty.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval from our support team.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet (details will be requested securely).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you must follow the return process after receiving the order (if eligible).
7. Shipping for Returns
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
